Skill licenses and reuse

Each skill edition has its own license. Paying for a package does not make open-source content exclusive.

Our skill listings are previews. Checkout and package delivery are not enabled. This page makes the prepared editions' terms available before any purchase.

Scientific Writing

Edition 1.1.0 · Nexitia Skill License 1.1 + third-party licenses

Organization-use commercial license for Nexitia material; identified K-Dense guides and upstream passages remain MIT. Outputs may be published and used commercially. Earlier grants are preserved.

Academic Peer Review

Edition 1.0.2 · Nexitia Skill License 1.1 + third-party licenses

Organization-use commercial license for Nexitia material, with third-party publication rights preserved. Outputs may be published and used commercially. Earlier grants are preserved.

Scientific Figure Master

Edition 1.1.2 · MIT

MIT permits commercial use, modification, redistribution and resale with notices retained. Includes K-Dense and Haojae attributions. The earlier commercial storefront label was inconsistent with the source.

Grant Writing Master

Edition 7.0.0-public.2 · MIT

MIT permits commercial use, modification, redistribution and resale with notices retained. Official forms, source publications and separately installed tools retain their own terms.

Biomedical Literature Evidence

Edition 1.0.0-public.2 · MIT

MIT permits commercial use, modification, redistribution and resale with notices retained. The earlier MIT grant is preserved; retrieved articles and provider data retain their own terms.

Mendelian Randomization

Edition 1.0.2 · Nexitia Skill License 1.1 + third-party licenses

Organization-use commercial license for original Nexitia skill material. Separately installed open-source dependencies retain their own licenses and are not bundled. Public proof reports and figures remain CC BY 4.0. The earlier GPL-labelled 1.0.0-public.2 edition is preserved.

Earlier editions and corrections

Earlier licenses continue to govern the material granted under them. This page and the new edition numbers do not revoke MIT permissions or change an existing customer's rights.

  • Scientific Writing 1.0.0 and Academic Peer Review 1.0.0 included AROS Skill License 1.0. The current editions clarify Nexitia's organization-use terms and third-party exceptions. Existing update entitlements are preserved. Read the preserved original license.
  • Scientific Writing 1.0.1 added the missing K-Dense MIT notice. Edition 1.1.0 retains the same license and component exceptions while adding manuscript finalization, separate editorial records and safer helpers. Read the preserved 1.0.1 notices.
  • Scientific Figure Master's earlier commercial label conflicted with its MIT-declared source. Edition 1.1.2 provides the MIT text and upstream notices. It has a new package identity; the older catalog ZIP was not available for byte comparison.
  • Grant Writing Master 7.0.0-public.1 and Biomedical Literature Evidence 1.0.0-public.1 used MIT. The current editions preserve that license and clarify its scope.
  • Mendelian Randomization 1.0.0-public.2 used GPL-3.0-or-later as a conservative release election based on a separately installed dependency. Edition 1.0.1 applies Nexitia Skill License 1.1 to the original Nexitia-controlled files while preserving dependency terms, CC BY proof assets and any earlier GPL grant. Edition 1.0.2 retains that license and adds OpenGWAS account, JWT and API-access guidance without changing the qualified statistical runtime.

Research outputs and source material

You may publish and commercially use your research outputs under the applicable skill terms. A skill license does not grant rights in someone else's article, figure, dataset, official form, software or confidential manuscript. Follow the source's own terms and preserve required attribution. Nexitia does not claim ownership of scientific facts or methods through a skill purchase.

MIT components may be modified, shared and resold when their license notices are retained. The organization-use restrictions below apply only to the specifically identified Nexitia commercial material.

Nexitia Skill License 1.1: full text

Applies only to editions and components explicitly marked Nexitia Skill License 1.1.

Edition date: 25 September 2026. Licensor: Nexitia LLC, Japan. This commercial license applies only to the Nexitia-controlled material identified in the accompanying RIGHTS.json of an edition that expressly includes this license. It is not an open-source license. It does not license every skill on the website.

1. Licensed organization and permitted use

On authorized delivery, the named purchasing organization (or an individual buying for themselves) receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the identified material for its research, educational, professional and commercial work. The organization may install it on its machines and compatible AI agents, make backup copies, and modify it internally. Its personnel may use it on its behalf. An affiliate or separate organization needs its own license unless the order says otherwise. A preview page alone does not supply or license the paid package.

You may let your chosen AI or compute providers process the material solely to perform your authorized work, subject to their terms and your confidentiality obligations. This permission does not authorize public sharing of the package.

2. Outputs

You may publish, share and commercially use your documents, reviews, analyses, figures and other results without paying a royalty to Nexitia or crediting the skill. Nexitia claims no ownership of your inputs or outputs through this license. This does not promise that an output is copyrightable, scientifically valid, or free of third-party rights. Substantial copies of the licensed skill itself remain skill material even when an AI places them in an output. Scientific citations and applicable third-party attributions must still be preserved.

3. Distribution restrictions

Do not resell, sublicense, publicly republish, or distribute the identified commercial material or substantial adaptations outside the licensed organization. Do not bundle it in another distributed product or expose the skill itself as a hosted service for third parties without separate permission. You may provide your own professional services and deliver your results to clients under section 2. Retain applicable license and attribution notices.

4. Other licenses and earlier editions take precedence within their scope

These restrictions do not apply to independently licensed third-party components, MIT/GPL/Creative Commons material, public-domain material, or material you may use under a statutory exception. Their own terms govern, including any rights to redistribute. RIGHTS.json and the included notices identify the component scopes. No website label or purchase condition takes those rights away.

This license does not revoke or narrow a license previously granted for an earlier edition or for the same material. A new package name, date or payment does not make previously MIT-licensed content exclusive. Third-party components are licensed by their respective rightsholders; no ownership transfer is asserted.

5. Version, updates and support

Keep your delivered version, its license and checksum. This version's terms govern that delivery; a later website edit does not rewrite them. Existing update promises remain in effect. For new purchases, the order must state the included update and support period. No separate paid subscription, new seat charge or support promise is created by this license text.

6. Responsibility and mandatory rights

The material is provided as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing scientific, editorial and operational outputs and for permissions to process third-party or confidential inputs. Nothing here excludes a non-waivable consumer right, statutory remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nexitia may terminate this commercial grant for a material breach of section 3; that does not terminate independent third-party or earlier open-source grants. Sections 2, 4 and this mandatory-rights protection survive.

Japanese law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to the customer. The seller's order and the channel's disclosed transaction terms govern payment, taxes and refunds; this license does not silently substitute another platform's commercial terms.
