What a pilot should establish
An external team obtains an acceptable result, repeats the workflow with limited founder help, and pays enough to support delivery, maintenance and a worthwhile contributor return.
Software build status, an entitled preview download and a paid commercial offer are separate. Current access remains governed by the release and entitlement shown for each product.

Contributors may keep work private, share it under chosen terms, or propose a licensed commercial package. Publication requires review and documented rights. Creator compensation will be agreed before a paid pilot; no payout program is active.
