This is an invented teaching example, prepared with the public skill on 24 September 2026. It contains no private preliminary results, applicant or institution.

Task: revise one English paragraph, then translate the qualified conclusion into Japanese. Funder context: a prospective FY2027 KAKENHI B narrative; this is not a filled official form.

Known facts within this fictional scenario:
- Three independent cell cultures showed an association between marker A and response B. No causal perturbation has been performed.
- A separate pilot comparison of treatment C with control did not detect a difference (p = 0.20). No equivalence margin was specified.
- The proposed work will perturb marker A and measure response B against a matched control.
