# Scientific Writing 1.1.0

Prepared 5 October 2026 from the owner-selected local contribution, compared with
published 1.0.1. This is an individually authorized, AI-assisted update.

| Area | Change from 1.0.1 |
|---|---|
| Manuscript workflow | Automatic paragraph review, section reconciliation, repair and complete delivery; bounded edits retain their scope |
| Section guidance | Reader-purpose checks for titles, abstracts, sections, figures, tables, companions and declarations; study profiles adapt beyond IMRAD |
| Editorial separation | Preparation notes and decisions go in a separate record; actual null/opposing results and essential qualifications remain scientific content |
| References | Separate identity from access and claim support; support recorded legitimate non-DOI sources, reject duplicate keys and preserve failed-refresh states |
| DOCX assembly | Reject unverified cited identities, missing declared images and accidental overwrites; retain compatibility entrypoints |
| Screening | Decimal numerical matching, supported hidden document checks, source fingerprints and escaped offline editorial views |
| Package | 44 files, 22 reference guides, seven maintained helpers and four compatibility wrappers |

The 1.0.1 assembler warned about an absent verification stamp; the old listing
described a stronger gate. The 1.1.0 assembler now rejects cited keys lacking
recorded identity. An identity record still does not certify claim support.

Existing Nexitia Skill License 1.1 terms, MIT component exceptions and earlier
grants are preserved. The writing handbook informing the section principles is
attributed; its text, teaching examples and phrase banks are not bundled.

Existing asset Python entrypoints remain supported. New output files are the
default; intentional replacement requires `--overwrite`. Template maintenance
now requires explicit donor and output paths. Legacy dated DOI/PMID identity
stamps remain accepted with a migration warning; arbitrary or boolean stamps
must be replaced by an actual identity record. No dependency installation is
performed merely by loading the skill.

Prior artifacts and demonstrations are preserved. The public listing remains
a preview with its existing package-delivery and checkout availability.
